Position Overview
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to strengthen our presence in the market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales of silicate products, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers across industrial segments using sodium silicate products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective field visits and client interactions.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with the internal team for order processing, logistics and customer feedback handling.
Promote the brand and product line effectively in assigned territories.
Requirements
Education: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (preferably in chemical or industrial product sales).
Gender: Open to Male/Female candidates
Age Limit: Max 40 years
Other Requirements: Own vehicle is mandatory
Industry Preference: Chemical / Industrial goods
Compensation
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + attractive performance-based incentives
Type: Full-time, field-based role
